The apartment is in a newly renovated building, surrounded by trees, next to the Salzach river. It is only 20 minutes walking distance from the old city center, with a grocery store 2 minutes by foot. The building has new windows, shades, electrical wiring, elevator and efficient heating. There are plenty of parking places, with bicycle storage inside and outside. There is a washroom in a bright, dry, clean cellar with a small cellar unit available. The apartment has an entryway with separate toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The main room has wood floors, with large windows. The kitchen has a door, with views to the mountains. There is room for a small table and a built in closet. Oven and stove are brand new. The apartment is fully furnished, except a couch! Wi-fi is also set up, included in electricity registration. (Of course, German is no problem, but I wrote the ad in English – my native language as it is important to be able to communicate well with my future renters.)
