English description beneath! Hallo wir suchen momentan Nachmieter für unsere Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim. Ein Zimmer in der Kategorie mit großem Balkon kostet normalweiße 476€, bis Ende Januar läuft unser Vertrag nun noch und in dieser Zeit bieten wir unsere beiden Zimmer, also das ganze Appartement günstiger an. Das Appartement kann entweder komplett gemietet werden (2 Separate Zimmer mit gemeinsamen Vorraum, Bad, Toilette, Balkon) oder auch nur eines der Zimmer, dann für 300,--€. Die Zimmer sind schön möbliert mit Bett, Kühlschrank, Schränken mit viel Stauraum und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Außerdem verfügt das Apartment über einen großen und geräumigen Balkon. Das Apartment wird alle zwei Wochen von einer Putzfrau gereinigt. Das Zusammenleben im StuWo ist sehr herzlich und man findet schnell Anschluss zu den anderen Bewohnern :) Es gibt einen öffentlichen Lernraum, eine Sauna, ein Fitnessstudio und zwei Proberäume mit Klavieren ENGLISH: Hello we're searching for a new tenant for our Dorm Apartement. You can rent the apartement completely (2 rooms with a joint anteroom, Bathroom, toilet, balcony) or only one of the two rooms for 300,--€. The rooms have modern furnishing with a bed, fridge, spacious wardrobe, cupboards, desk and chair. The apartement also has a big balcony with a beautiful view onto the green lawn of the courtyard. The apartement is cleaned every fortnite and there are multiple cleaning a week of the public rooms Living together with the other StuWo inhabitants is very hearty and you'll easily connect with others There is a public studying room, a sauna, a gym and two rehearsal rooms with pianos Nearly everybody speaks english here and theres a good chance of meeting someone speaking your native language.
