Fantastic plot with expired building permit for 45m2 at Lekfki beach, Pteleos, Magnesia Greece

This land is at Lefki Beach 32 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. The land starts above the cement country road and the land below cannot be built on (the land below is not included in this plot). Originally bought to build as in a fantastic area, but now need to move closer to children. We have a building permit for a 45 m2 small home, which has now expired but can easily be renewed and increased (allowed 205 m2 for house and more for commercial use). Have reduced price (this is a lost less than it's original worth), as there is another property Ι am interested in near my children. It has approx. 40 olive trees and amazing views. The land is directly on the left of the last house in picture. Panoramic view of Trikeri Island, North Evia and in the summer on a clear day Skopelos Island in the distance. If you are looking for the real Greece, then look no further, this area has not been ruined by mass tourism. There are many beaches in the area, so you can pick and choose every day. Although Lefki also has a couple of tavernas, Pigadi is only a few minutes drive and has many traditional ouzeris, fish restaurants, tavernas - all of them situated by the sea and many of them with a beautiful outlook towards Achillio.
